7.	Notices of defects
Our products are manufactured with great care; they are, however, subject to production coincidences, which can result 
from variations in raw materials and other influences which can not be monitored. No guarantee can be given with regard 
to such influences.Notices of defect can only be taken into consideration if they are given within 7 days after receiving 
the goods. Notices of defects which are related to products which have already been cut, used or processed in any other 
way will not be accepted.
In the case of justified complaints free replacements will be delivered; however, our company reserves the right to make 
another arrangement which appropriately takes into consideration the interests of both partners. Any further entitlements, 
no matter what type - such as a right to cancellation of sale, reduction of purchase price, claims for damages for failure 
to fulfil conditions, refunding of fitting or dismantling costs or similar - are ruled out.

8.	Liability
Under no circumstances at all will entitlements of the purchaser or ordering party be recognised - in particular a right to 
compensation for damage which was not part of the delivery but, rather, was only indirectly related to this.

9.	Right to Rescind a Contract
The existence of the following circumstances authorises rescission of the delivery:
a.   Technical difficulties which are related to the type of order and which make it 
      impossible or unreasonable for our company to fulfil.
b.   Furnace repairs, fire damage, blameless lack of raw material and electricity.
c.   Strikes, war, irregularities with transportation and all cases of acts of god.

10.	Payment
On principle our invoices must be paid in cash by the agreed due date, either directly to our company or to our collection 
agency. Any possible complaints about the goods has no influence on the due date for payment. If the payment is not 
sufficient to settle the total sum of the invoice it will always first be charged against additional expenses as well as any 
possible interest and finally onto the value of the goods. n all cases where the payment deadline is not met interest will 
be charged from the due date onwards. 
Cash discounts will not apply if all other outstanding invoices have not been settled at the latest when the discounted 
invoice sum is received. Any possible arrangement through documentary credit does not allow the right to discount. >>>
